What we do

Fridays and more

Everyone is welcome to come to Impact, regardless of your faith.  The age range is from year 7 to college age.
Impact meets on Fridays during term time at The Barnabas Church Centre from 7.30pm to 9.45pm.
On a normal Impact evening we have a get together for social time and notices, then we go to our year 7-9 group or year 10 to college age group for worship with the youth band.
After this there may be a short talk or video on a relevant issue, followed by age based groups where you can chat about the subject and ask questions.
Then everyone gets back together for social time with sports, games, tuck shop and creative stuff.
We have socials regularly which could be anything from a games evening to a trip bowling or ice skating: you decide!
Impact Action is usually once a term and we go out and help local people or get involved in Church projects.
When the Church has Fun Days loads of youth from Impact go to help with facepainting and running the bouncy castles!
