Shrewsbury Street Pastors

Lots of different Churches in Shrewsbury have recently got together to launch a "Street Pastors" scheme.

The aim is to provide care and support to people who become vulnerable during the so called "night time economy" within the town at the weekends.

---

We have supported this concept since its inception.

---

There are now 18 Street pastors from eleven different churches with more than 20 churches being in support of the scheme.

---

We have representatives on the management board and the co-ordinating committee of the project, and have contributed several Street Pastors from our Church.
